01 July 20251. General1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between Danil Polyakov (hereby referred to as "Developer"), on the one hand, and the User, on the other hand.1.2. User fully and unconditionally agrees to the terms of this Agreement.1.3. The Software as a whole, including the computer programs incorporated in or used with it, other text materials, images, copyrighted and/or related content, trademarks and brands, as well as other elements of the Software, are protected by law and are the exclusive property of the rights holder.2. Subject of the AgreementThe Developer grants the User a non-exclusive license to use the Software worldwide, free of charge, under the following conditions:(1) Use the Software for its intended functional purpose, including copying and installing it on the User’s devices. The User is allowed to install the Software on an unlimited number of devices.(2) Reproduce and distribute the Software for non-commercial purposes without charging any fees.3. Terms of UseExcept as explicitly permitted by this license or applicable law, the User may not modify, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise manipulate the object code of the Software to obtain information about the algorithms used. The User may not create derivative works using the Software or perform (or permit others to perform) any actions involving the Software, its components, materials, or data stored on the User’s mobile device without the Developer's written consent.4. Payment for Subscriptions 4.1. GeneralThe Developer may grant the User access to Additional Features free of charge for informational and other purposes determined by the Developer.4.2. Payment Terms(1) Access to Additional Features is provided via subscription as specified in this License. By subscribing, the User enters into an agreement with the Developer, under which the Developer agrees to provide access to Additional Features for the duration of the subscription, and the User agrees to pay the subscription fee.(2) If the subscription duration and/or fee changes, the updated terms take effect upon publication in the relevant section of the Software interface.(3) The subscription is provided in full once access to the Additional Features is granted.5. LiabilityThe Software (including Additional Features) is provided "as is." The Developer does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation of the Software or its individual components and/or functions of the Software for the User's specific goals and expectations, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data, or any other warranties not specified in this Agreement.6. Changes
This Terms Of Use may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Developer will notify you of any changes to their Terms Of Use by updating this page with the new Terms Of Use. You are advised to consult this Terms Of Use regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
